Audrey is a dance teacher at Mark Morris Dance Center in Brooklyn. She knew about us because of her connection to the dance world. How awesome is that?
Audrey & John were married at Highlands Country Club in Garrison, New York, and their wedding photos have a beautiful, rustic feel to them because of the country setting. The Hudson Valley is home to many wedding venues with expansive, scenic views. It’s a perfect escape from the high rises and hustle of New York City, and just within reach for family and friends to get to easily.
We photograph a lot of weddings in the Hudson Valley, and love the sweeping landscape for portraits!
We absolutely could-not-be-happier with our photos! The communication process leading up to the wedding was seamless and when our wedding day arrived, Cherylynn was calm, friendly and sweet (our friends and family loved her!) during our posed photos and was relatively invisible during the ceremony and reception.
The photos have turned out to be everything we were hoping for and more – and of course, it did not hurt at all that Cherylynn was such an incredibly pleasant person to work with. Choosing this photographer was the home-run of our wedding planning!
