Jen & Jeff were married at Davenport Mansion in New Rochelle, NY.
This was my first time shooting a Davenport Mansion wedding!
We lucked out and had really great weather for an end-of-March wedding. It was a beautiful day! We were able to make some portraits together outside in the natural light, and I love how they turned out.
Jen & Jeff found me through their friends Maggie & Andrew, whose wedding I photographed a few years ago. Jen was a bridesmaid for Maggie, and Maggie was a bridesmaid for Jen.
It’s the BEST when I already have a familiarity with clients. I can feel the trust and the warmth while working with them, and their comfort shows in the photos! =)
Jen looked beautiful. We spent a few moments together before the First Look making photos in the bridal suite. There were also a few really sweet moments that Jen shared with her sister before the ceremony.
Jen’s grandfather couldn’t be at the wedding in person, so he and Jen FaceTimed before the ceremony. It was a really precious moment – our modern technology can really bring us together in ways we never could have imagined!
