Erin & Andy’s Wedding at 26 Bridge
Erin & Andy were married at St. Francis de Sales Church on E 96th Street.
It was a beautiful ceremony that blended Catholic and Jewish traditions. I’ve photographed many types of religions, but I’ve actually never seen what Erin & Andy incorporated. They obviously were married in a Catholic church, but they also had a chuppah and the priest signed their ketubah! The singer and pianist brought incredible passion and feeling to the music, which was really moving.

Just a few blocks from their reception venue, we made portraits by the East River with the iconic Manhattan Bridge as our backdrop. What an NYC moment!
This windswept photo is one of my favorites. I loved spending time together in the natural light!

Erin & Andy’s wedding reception was at 26 Bridge in Brooklyn, NY.
I’ve photographed a wedding at this venue before, and it was great to be back. The space is so unique- it’s a renovated former metal factory!
The band, The Last Nites, was awesome.

Erin & Andy put all of their focus on having a good time with their friends and family, really centering the day around celebrating with their loved ones. They wanted us to create a photo-journalistic feel, which allowed me to just photograph the day as it unfolded, which was really fun.
Congratulations, Erin & Andy! I had a blast photographing your big day. ❤️
