Liberty Warehouse Wedding | Michelle & Alex

Michelle & Alex had a Liberty Warehouse wedding, in a beautiful venue along the Red Hook waterfront in Brooklyn, New York. The warehouse predates the Civil War and has been recently renovated into a gorgeous event space, with stunning views of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty.

Michelle planned the wedding herself in just three months. She knew what she wanted and she made it all happen. I love that.

She found me searching online – I’ve photographed several Liberty Warehouse weddings before! She told me she was attracted to the in-the-moment images on my website. To me, that’s music to my ears! When a couple requests more candid moments, it gives me the freedom to make the type of images I’m most excited to make. =)

Both Michelle and Alex were open to ideas and my creativity. Even though it was rainy, windy and cold outside, we made the most of the space and worked with the beautiful natural light from the windows.

Michelle & Alex’s wedding was a fun one because they are a fun couple. I am blessed.
