I’ve photographed a couple of great weddings at Gedney Farm in the Berkshires this summer. At Erin & Doug’s wedding, the weather forecast was threatening rain, which put the ceremony inside. It didn’t rain after all, so they were still able to have cocktails and make portraits outside. Still, it was cool to see that even though their plan was to have the ceremony outside, bringing it indoors was perfect. The light coming in through the window in the loft at Gedney Farm looked amazing.

Hannah & Jason were married at Gedney Farm in the Berkshires – one of my favorite places to photograph a wedding. Gedney Farm can also host rehearsal dinners for their couples. They have guest rooms at the venue – enough to fit the family and wedding party. Having the rehearsal dinner and the wedding in one space creates a relaxed vibe for the whole wedding weekend, and so many of my clients love that.

I’ve photographed several weddings at Gedney Farm now, and I’ve loved every one of them. It’s one of the best barns in the Berkshires – an adaptable space, well-suited for a couple who wants to add their own special touch. No matter what the decor, it’s always cozy to be at Gedney Farm.

When Haley & Zach asked me to photograph their Gedney Farm wedding, I couldn’t have been more excited. After photographing Paige & Scott’s Gedney Farm wedding last year, I knew what a perfect location it would be.
