Tamara & Marko | Tappan Hill Wedding Film
I photographed Tamara & Marko’s wedding at Tappan Hill in May. I’ve shared some of their wedding photos already, and now we have their wedding film to share! Our wedding films team is incredible, and I am thrilled with the meaningful, cinematic footage they captured on the wedding day.
We send the happy couple a short questionnaire after their wedding to hear more about the day, what it meant to them and what they would suggest to other couples planning their weddings. Enjoy!
Christopher Duggan Photography: If you had to choose, (I know, it’s hard!) what was one of your favorite moments from your wedding day?
Tamara & Marko: Favorite moments were our first dance, the church ceremony, Marko “taking” Tamara from her home and the backyard party, and entering Marko’s home for the first time as husband and wife
CDP: What did your friends & family gush about the most?
T&M: The first dance! It was a surprise we kept from everyone and it truly made the day memorable for us all! Everyone loved the food, the singers did a great job, and the church ceremony was a top moment for or family. What a beautiful day!!
CDP: What special touches were you most excited to see in place on your wedding day?
T&M: We were excited to see Tappan Hill and how it was set up. It wasn’t until we looked at the pictures that we realized how beautiful the setting turned out to be. Great job! We were pretty much excited for the whole day and to see how our months of planning would finally come together! I think we have been most excited for your pictures though, so we can relive it and see all the beautiful moments we missed. It really did go by in the blink of a an eye!
CDP: What is one thing you would recommend other couples consider for their wedding?
T&M: We would recommend other couples to use wedding services like we did (Wedding Wire, The Knot, a GREAT photographer like you!, etc) it made our lives a lot easier. If you are having a traditional religious wedding, keep in mind that you probably won’t be able to make everyone happy and not all traditions are possible so stay focused on what you want the rest will work itself out) have fun!! It’s the most fun planning ever.
