Our creative team has that internal photography know-how that just can’t be taught – when to make things happen and when to let things happen. And that’s only part of what really makes our photographers really special. We’re all easy to be around, go with the flow and bring a sense of ease and calm to every wedding. That’s how we make great pictures. Whitney Browne trained for years with legendary dance photographer Tom Carvaglia, and we started working together in 2011. She moved to New York to study photography at Hunter College, and she has that edgy Brooklyn artist vibe in her personality and her photos.
Whitney photographs movement and performance as well as weddings, and her work has been published in The New York Times, Huffington Post, Dance Magazine and New York Magazine. She is the house photographer for several arts organizations such as Fourth Arts Block, Lower Manhattan Community Council and the gallery Third Streaming. Her work has an emphasis on documentation, and she has been working on a longterm project with Paul Taylor Dance Company called Create with Taylor.
